These Terms of Service (the 'Terms') are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Vexplor (the 'Company') and users regarding the use of the website and related services (the 'Service') provided by the Company.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Vexplor (the 'Company') and users regarding the use of the website and related services (the 'Service') provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

1. 'Service' means the website and related services provided by the Company.

2. 'User' means a person who uses the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.

3. 'Content' means information, text, images, videos, software, etc. provided in the Service.

4. 'Diagnostic Service' means the digital operations maturity assessment tool provided by the Company.

Article 3 (Specification and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service so that users can easily recognize them.

2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate related laws such as the 'Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions' and the 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.'

3. If the Company amends the Terms, it shall announce the effective date and reasons for amendment along with the current Terms on the initial screen of the Service from 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date.

4. If a user does not agree to the application of the amended Terms, the Company cannot apply the contents of the amended Terms, and in this case, the user may terminate the service agreement.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

1. The Company provides the following services:

A. Providing product and solution information

B. Digital operations maturity diagnostic service

C. Demo request and consultation service

D. Other services determined by the Company

2. The Company may change the contents of the Service and shall announce in advance when making changes.

3. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in case of maintenance, replacement, and failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, or interruption of communication.

Article 5 (Use of Service)

1. Users may use the Service by agreeing to these Terms.

2. Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

A. Stealing others' information

B. Changing information posted by the Company

C. Transmitting or posting information other than information determined by the Company (such as computer programs)

D. Infringing on intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties

E. Acts that damage the reputation of the Company and other third parties or interfere with their business

F. Acts of disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals in the Service

Article 6 (Diagnostic Service)

1. The diagnostic service provided by the Company is intended to provide reference information and has no legal binding force.

2. Diagnostic results are automatically generated based on information entered by users and may differ from actual situations.

3. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of diagnostic results, and users should use diagnostic results only as reference materials.

4. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by using the diagnostic service.

Article 7 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyrights and intellectual property rights for all content (text, images, videos, software, etc.) posted on the Service belong to the Company.

2. Users shall not use information obtained through the use of the Service, for which intellectual property rights belong to the Company, for commercial purposes by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without the Company's prior consent, or allow third parties to use it.

3. Copyrights for posts posted by users within the Service belong to the author of the post.

Article 8 (Personal Information Protection)

1. The Company complies with related laws such as the 'Personal Information Protection Act' to protect users' personal information.

2. The Company's privacy policy is separately determined and can be checked on the Service screen.

3. The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties without their consent. However, exceptions are made when there are special provisions in laws.

Article 9 (Company's Obligations)

1. The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by related laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide continuous and stable services.

2. The Company shall have a security system to protect personal information (including credit information) so that users can use the Service safely, and shall disclose and comply with the privacy policy.

3. The Company shall process opinions or complaints raised by users regarding the use of the Service if it recognizes them as legitimate.

Article 10 (User's Obligations)

1. Users shall not engage in the following acts:

A. Registering false information when applying or making changes

B. Stealing others' information

C. Changing information posted on the Company

D. Transmitting or posting information other than information determined by the Company (such as computer programs)

E. Infringing on intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties

F. Acts that damage the reputation of the Company and other third parties or interfere with their business

G. Acts of disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals in the Service

2. Users shall comply with related laws, provisions of these Terms, precautions announced in relation to usage guides and services, matters notified by the Company, etc., and shall not engage in other acts that interfere with the Company's business.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempted from responsibility for providing the Service if it cannot provide the Service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.

2. The Company is not responsible for obstacles to the use of the Service due to the user's fault.

3. The Company is not responsible for the loss of profits expected by users through the use of the Service, and is not responsible for damages caused by materials obtained through the Service.

4. The Company is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of information, materials, and facts posted by users.

5. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of the results of the diagnostic service and is not responsible for damages caused by using the diagnostic results.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The Company and users shall make all necessary efforts to amicably resolve disputes arising in relation to the Service.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1, if a lawsuit is filed due to such dispute, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the competent court.

Article 13 (Governing Law)

The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to these Terms and service use agreements between the Company and users.
