Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the use of the website vexplor.com (the "Site") operated by WACE Inc. (주식회사 웨이스) (the "Company"), and set out the rights and obligations of the Company and its visitors.

Article 2 (Nature of the Site)

The Site is an informational site introducing VEXPLOR, the Company's manufacturing AI operating system, and related solutions. The Site itself does not provide account registration, online payment, or software downloads.

Actual use of the Company's products and services is governed by a separate agreement between the Company and the customer and by the terms of the relevant service.

Article 3 (Nature of published information)

Feature descriptions, stated benefits, and pricing published on the Site are provided for general information. Actual scope and results may vary depending on each customer's environment.

Pricing shown is a standard reference; final amounts are agreed separately based on scope and scale. Publication on the Site alone does not constitute a contract.

Article 4 (Intellectual property)

All content published on the Site, including text, images, design, trademarks, and logos, belongs to the Company or its rightful owners and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or adapted without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 5 (Prohibited conduct)

• Interfering with the normal operation of the Site
• Generating excessive traffic by automated means or scraping content without authorization
• Infringing the rights of the Company or third parties, or violating applicable law

Article 6 (External links)

The Site may contain links to other sites operated by the Company or by third parties. The Company is not responsible for the content of external sites it does not control or for the results of their use.

Article 7 (Limitation of liability)

The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep published information accurate but, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable for outcomes arising from its use.

The Company is not liable for interruptions to the Site caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or network failures.

The foregoing does not apply to damage caused to users by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Changes to these terms)

The Company may amend these terms as necessary. The change and its effective date are posted on this page at least 7 days in advance; amendments unfavourable to users are posted at least 30 days in advance.

Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to use of the Site are brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
